I am pleased to invite the 2023 UTME/DE admission applicants for Physical Screening Exercise scheduled to hold as follows:

2. Candidates must bring originals of all their documents and one set of photocopies. The documents expected are:

·        Acknowledgement Form (printed from the FUHSA Post-UTME Portal)

·        UTME Result slip

·        ‘O’ Level Result (WAEC|NECO)

·        ‘A’ Level Result/ First Degree certificate (for Direct Entry only)

·        Scratch cards for ‘O’ level result(s) submitted

·        Evidence of Local Government Area of Origin

·        Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit of Age Declaration

3. Candidates are to check their registered phone numbers/emails for SMS/email of the invitation.
