I am pleased to invite the underlisted 2024 UTME admission applicants for Physical Screening Exercise scheduled to hold as follows:

2. Candidates must bring originals of all their documents and one set of photocopies. The documents expected are:

·             Acknowledgement Form (printed from the FUHSA Post-UTME Portal)

·             UTME Result slip

·             ‘O’ Level Result (WAEC|NECO)

·             Scratch cards for ‘O’ level result(s) submitted

·             Evidence of Local Government Area of Origin

·             Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit of Age Declaration
