NOTICE OF ONLINE SCREENING TO PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES FOR 2024/2025 ADMISSIONS

This is to inform all prospective candidates seeking admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA), that the registration for the online screening exercise for 2024/2025 admissions will commence on  16^th August 2024 and end on 30^th August, 2024.

CUT-OFF POINTS

In line with the policies of the Joint Admission and matriculation Board (JAMB), the Senate has approved the Cut-off Points for Admission into the University for 2024/2025 Session as follows:

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for admission, a candidate must have the following:

1. Candidates must have sat for the 2024 JAMB UTME, scored a minimum Cut-off points set by the University in respect of the course applied for (as per table above) and chosen FUHSA as first choice. 

2. Obtained a minimum of five (5) relevant credits at ‘O’ level (including English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry) in not more than two sittings;

3. Sat for the relevant subject combination in the 2024 UTME;

PROCEDURE

Eligible candidates should visit the University’s website at www.fuhsa.edu.ng for the registration and screening procedures.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

Eligible candidates are to create accounts and pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira Only (N2,000.00) for the screening exercise through the online screening portal on https://fuhsa.admissions.cloud

PHYSICAL SCREENING

Physical screening will be conducted in the University as follows:-

Candidates are advised to check their phones regularly for invitation to the Physical Screening on or before Sunday 1^st September, 2024, while disregarding any forms of communication except through the official channels, to avoid being scammed.
