NOTICE OF ONLINE SCREENING TO PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES FOR 2025/2026 ADMISSIONS
This is to inform all prospective candidates seeking for admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA), that the registration for the online screening exercise for 2025/2026 admissions will commence on 7th August 2025 and end on 21st August, 2025.
CUT-OFF POINTS
In line with the policies of the Joint Admission and matriculation Board (JAMB), the Senate has approved the Cut-off Points for Admission into the University for 2025/2026 Session as follows:

2. | Nursing Sciences, Optometry, Physiotherapy, Radiography, BMLS and Audiology | 200 and above |
3. | Nutrition and Dietetics, Information Technology & Health Informatics, Environmental Health Sciences, Epidemiology and Biostatistics,Speech Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Health Information Management, Public Health and Pharmacology | 160 and above |
4. | Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnologyand Microbiology | 150 and above |
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for admission, a candidate must have the following:
PROCEDURE
Eligible candidates should visit the University’s website at www.fuhsa.edu.ng for the registration and screening procedures.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
Eligible candidates are to create accounts and pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira Only (N2,000.00) for the screening exercise through the online screening portal on https://fuhsa.admissions.cloud
PHYSICAL SCREENING
Physical screening will commence from Tuesday 26th to Friday 29th August, 2025
Candidate’s date of Physical Screening is as indicated on the acknowledgement received after successful online registration.
NOTE: Candidates are advised to disregard any forms of communication except through the official channels, to avoid being scammed.
